The URL you can use to trigger the extension updates pending: https://xxx/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm%2Fadmin%2Fextensions%2Fupgrade&reset=1

This is useful when the admin status page doesn't load due to a SQL error.
