i want to import my own table that contains custom-fields fields and custopfieldscustom fields data.

is there a wizard that will understand that the first line title is the custom-fields and that that the data that follow the same row is the data , so i dot have to manualymanually create custom fileds fields?

if not can some one please create such a wizard , that would be great since i believe there is not such wizard , can i create a csv file with custom filedsfields ( no data just the custom fields) and import it to civi , instead of manualy create each and every one of those ? this is 21' centutry , i dont understand why we have to work like 15 years back when microsoft Access was invented, regarding custom-fields.
