I've been looking for a way to create an event that has the opportunity to add conference workshop choices, across various sessions. I found a cool way to do that with price sets. The great advantage of this is that I can easily set the number of people allowed per workshop. (I simply added a price set field for each session with radio button options for each workshop.)

But I'm struggling to make this work in two additional areas:

  1. How to give people the opportunity to come back after they've made their booking and change their workshops, or choose them in the first place if they didn't do so when booking? I can't see a way of displaying the price set again in a way that won't create multiple registrations for the same person for the event.

  2. How to make a View for our admin teams of who's booked on which workshops? (The best I can think of is to use the payment label field with various filters)

I wonder whether using Drupal webform might be better, but I don't think it's so easy to limit the number of participants to a workshop?
