I have a fresh install of civicrm 5.16.3 running on drupal 7. I am having trouble with the mail processor. I've read many pages trying to diagnose the issue and still no luck.

This is what I am getting from civi log, I changed username and server information.

I have tried connecting to a server that I can sucessfully connect to using another computer with civi installed, but no luck on this configuation.

  • I'm out of ideas at the moment since you said you can connect to the same mailserver from another civi install (or was that test a DIFFERENT mail server?)
