I have dug deeper and more structured into my permissions problems. I have tried to access our CiviCRM via API3 REST.php? interface, designed from the APIv3 assistant. Both on releases 5.14 and 5.35 (under WP)same problem. I am an Administrator with maximum permissions granted.

Both "get" access and "create" access with the Contacts-part work fine, but I get no access for Memberships or Contributions. The system states that I do not have sufficient permissions for the later two accesses. <error_message>API permission check failed for Contribution/get call; insufficient permission: require access CiviCRM and access CiviContribute</error_message> I have those permissions granted, and at least access CiviCRM but be OK as it works for Contacts. Does anyone know what might be the problem? I am using Python requests methods post or get, no difference. Is there a way to find out what permissions are actually granted as stored for my user?
