I have a CiviCRM installation on WordPress and I currently manage permissions with the "Author" and "Editor" roles at the CMS level. WordPress Access Control does not solve my need.

I have grouped some contacts in:

"Group A" with "A" labels

"Group B" with "B" tags

Is it possible for users with "Author" and "Editor" roles to be able to SEE and USE the tags from Group A and B but NOT CREATE new tags in these groups?

I currently have the "CiviCRM: manage tags" checkbox disabled for both roles but this doesn't seem to work"
