We are using a contribution form (component) on https://pulsevoices.org/energize-pulse-test-2024/. It is connected to stripe payment gateway. Sometimes this form gets submitted successfully and sometimes getting error. When it failed then this error is received "It failed due to error. Sorry an error occurred and your request was not completed. (Error ID: jIVa-YeFh-jAIY)" Screenshot : https://prnt.sc/l0NIZZABJ2nq

We have tried several tasks to resolve this.

In the CiviCRM > Administer > Administration Console > View Log page, I see these errors:

I'd be most grateful if someone could advise on what and how to resolve this issue. We've been working on for some time but nothing seems to work. Please and thank you!

I would suggest to check civicrm_firewall table and delete all the rows with your IP address.

  • Hi @pradeep-nayak, Appreciate your quick response! there are no blocked IPs in civi firewall. But also this isn't happening just for me. In fact sometimes my tests are successful however, real donor submissions are failing. Linked below is the civi firewall settings. Any other suggestions for how to fix this issue? prnt.sc/dL0tOn7PYpl9
