We have a similar error to this post, but with Joomla 5.9.2 and CiviCRM 5.12.0. Error happens when trying to merge two contacts using Organisarion Rules Category and the following rules: Name and Postcode both exactly match, or URN or Email exactly match and also Name approx and Postcode exact.
