May 11 at 17:27 | comment | added | Jan | Thanks for the hint. The issue is that I'm trying to send an empty body. No problem if I write something in the body. To whom can I address this?

It tells us that $message is the problem var (3 lines up), so then my next step would be to debug what is $message and what is $params['html'] , and if it's not obvious from that, then what happens inside self::setEmailHeaders() .

You can try adding $e->getTraceAsString() to that line, so that it also logs the stack trace.

May 1 at 10:40 | comment | added | Jan | There is only this one liner in the log. Looks like the send call throws an exception: github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/blob/…
May 1 at 8:18 | comment | added | Aidan♦ | Quick email doesn't need cron. Are there error messages in the log file?
