In using tags and creating searches based on tags - I have run into some issues.

Tag Tree Example

Tag Set 1
     Parent 1A
          Child 1A1
             Child 1aA1a
             Child 1bA1b
                 Child 1baA1ba
                 Child 1bbA1bb 
             Child 1cA1c 
          Child A2
      Parent 2B
          Child B1
             Child 2aB1a
             Child 2bB1b
             Child 2cB1c

In the above example - when I search for anyone tagged Parent 1A, I get every contact tagged Parent 1A and I get every contact tagged with any of the Children of Parent 1A. This is what we want, so its great. However, if I do a search for Child 1A1, I only get results for Child 1A1 and not the tags that Child 1A1 is the parent of.

Is this the correct behavior? Can we change it?
