I am now also having this error with no log files in the folder despite 775 permissions and Apache as the owner. @webmaster-covs, were you able to able to resolve this?
Thanks, Pete, I found them. The option_group_id = '31'. The Name for Value 1 was "FIXME" <[email protected]> while the Label has our correct display name and main email address.
I am also getting the FIXME display name when we send email from CiviRules and the Mail API. I looked in the database and could not find the table that has the From addresses. @petednz-fuzion or anyone, do you know which table it is? Thanks.
This seems like a undesirable new limitation. We do not want participants to be able to transfer or cancel their registration, but we do need our staff to be able to transfer or cancel a registration.
Alan-- were you able to track this down? We are now getting the Mandatory key(s) missing from params array: entity_id error. It seems like it might be connected to our recent MySQL upgrade.
I am now noticing some additional strange behavior on our dev server with CiviDiscount 3.8.4. If I go to edit existing discounts from the last few years, the previously selected price sets in the Discounts for Events field are no longer displayed and price sets for events in the last few years no longer appear in the pick list and there are some blank lines instead. I rebooted the server just in case something was hung, and there is no change.
This appears of be a version compatibility issue, as price sets that were created before 2018 still display properly. If I copy or try to update an old price set, they stop displaying the discounts.
